A diagnosis starts a clock on a person's voice. We stop it at no charge, before you buy anything, whether or not you ever do. Fifteen minutes, ten short sentences, and CORA guides you through it, right here in your browser. One minute of real speech is enough to begin; the champion voice in our own founding family came from a 51-second voicemail.
Before you begin
CORA, our voice guide, walks you through ten short sentences. She is an AI, and she says so at the start. A person on our team reads every note.
A quiet room, and your phone or a laptop. Wired earbuds or a wired headset with a microphone give the best sound; your phone by itself in a quiet room works well too. Bluetooth headsets are the one thing to avoid. The setup page has the details, and the first thing CORA does is check your microphone.
You read each sentence after CORA. She tells you when one is clean and when to do it again. About halfway through, she offers a break. Nothing leaves this page until you choose to save a copy or send the recordings to our studio.
When you send them, your MP3 goes to your email right away, yours to keep anywhere. We hold a copy, encrypted, for twelve months, so your Grand Voice OS device can claim it with six words from that email. Nothing else is kept, and we delete it on request.

Tell us who the voice belongs to and when works. A person on our team sets it up and sends the link. The session itself is the same page, at a time you chose.
If the voice is already gone
Old voicemails, birthday videos, home movies: under a minute of real speech from any recording is enough for us to rebuild a voice the family recognizes. The session page has a door for it: tap I have a recording and add the file. We will do our best with it, and we will tell you plainly that it will sound less like the person than fresh takes would. And when there was never a recording to keep, we sit with each person and choose a voice with the right age, the right warmth, the right feel.
The promise
The page records on your device. Nothing is uploaded on its own. You choose to save a copy, send to the studio, or both.
What you send travels encrypted and is stored encrypted. Twelve months later it is deleted, or sooner if you ask. We never use your recordings to build any other voice, and we never sell or share them.
CORA is an AI and says so in her first sentence. Ask her at any point and she tells you the truth. The contact page reaches a person.
