How it works

Three steps, none of them hard

1. Tell us who the voice belongs to

The short form below. A human reads it and reaches out within two business days to schedule the banking session, at whatever pace the day allows.

2. Read a few guided lines

On a scheduled call, a member of CORA's team guides the session, and says so plainly at the start: you will know exactly who you are talking to. The person reads a short, time-tested script plus the things only they say: the catchphrases, the sayings, a joke or two. Practice first, speak at their own pace, in their own voice, with the inflections they would use with a friend. Unhurried, repeatable, no rush ever.

3. The voice is kept

We hold the recordings safely for 45 days while you decide anything at all. If a Grand Voice OS kit follows, it arrives already speaking in their voice. If it does not, the recordings are still theirs: a free download link, no questions, no fine print. Nobody fights over a voice. Ever.

Getting the best recording

Four simple rules

No speakerphone. It invites the whole room's noise into the recording.
A quality wired headset is even better, if one is handy. Earbuds are not.
No headset is fine: speak directly into the phone, in a quiet room.
Practice the lines a few times first, then read at your own pace, in your own voice, with your own inflections. Natural beats perfect, every time.

If the voice is already gone

No one is turned away.

Old voicemails, birthday videos, home movies: under a minute of real speech from any recording is enough for us to rebuild a voice the family recognizes. And when there was never a recording to keep, we sit with each person and choose a voice with the right age, the right warmth, the right feel. A voice they are proud to be heard in. There is always a voice here.
