Privacy Policy

Effective Date: May 27, 2026
Owned and Operated by: Titanium Digital Holdings LLC

1. Privacy-First by Design: Local-First Processing

Grand Voice OS is engineered on the foundational principle of user data sovereignty, privacy, and personal dignity. Core voice, gaze, and communication functions are designed to run locally on the user's physical device. Unlike traditional assistive communication applications that require continuous cloud infrastructure to process personal inputs, the primary operational mechanics of Grand Voice OS occur client-side, on-device.

2. Information We Collect and Process

To maintain operational efficiency and support allocation requests, we cleanly separate core communication data from standard administrative business data.

A. Core Communication Data (On-Device)

During normal system utilization, your synthesized voice models, personalized phrase libraries authored in CORA-coached sessions, and eye-gaze calibration metrics are processed and stored locally on your device. This core communication data remains on the local device unless the user or an authorized representative explicitly chooses to export, back up, or share it through an approved, opt-in customer support or backup configuration.

B. Administrative, Billing, and Analytics Data

When you request an allocation or interact with our web platform, we collect standard operational inputs including your Name, Email Address, billing or transaction details when applicable, and administrative preferences. We may use basic website analytics to understand site traffic, improve user experience, and maintain security. This information is processed securely via standard business networks to manage hardware distribution, process subscription maintenance, and maintain website operations.

3. Biometric Information Privacy Compliance

Grand Voice OS is architected so that biometric voice and facial tracking processing occurs locally on the user's device. Titanium Digital Holdings LLC does not receive, pool, or store biometric identifiers through the normal, day-to-day use of the system. Any future optional backup, cloud-synchronized transfer, remote technical support upload, or machine-learning training loop involving biometric information will be strictly opt-in and will require a separate, standalone written consent framework in compliance with applicable state regulations, including the Illinois Biometric Information Privacy Act (BIPA).

4. Data Security and Custody

Users, caregivers, and authorized organizational representatives maintain exclusive physical custody and local access control of their Grand Voice OS hardware kits. Titanium Digital Holdings LLC implements industry-standard administrative controls to safeguard the limited billing and contact data stored within our secure commercial systems.
