Grand Voice OS is engineered on the foundational principle of user data sovereignty, privacy, and personal dignity. Core voice, gaze, and communication functions are designed to run locally on the user's physical device. The system processes personal inputs client-side rather than through cloud infrastructure.
Your synthesized voice models, personalized phrase libraries authored in CORA-coached sessions, and eye-gaze calibration metrics are processed and stored locally on your device. Users must explicitly opt in to export, back up, or share this information.
When you request an allocation or interact with our web platform, we collect standard operational inputs including your name, email address, billing or transaction details when applicable, and administrative preferences. Basic analytics support site improvements and security.
Grand Voice OS is architected so that biometric voice and facial tracking processing occurs locally on the user's device. The company does not receive biometric data during normal operations. Any future optional backup, cloud-synchronized transfer, remote technical support upload, or machine-learning training loop involving biometric information will be strictly opt-in.
Users, caregivers, and authorized organizational representatives maintain exclusive physical custody and local access control of their Grand Voice OS hardware kits. The company uses standard controls for billing and contact data.
If you use the free voice-banking session at grandvoiceos.com/record, the recording happens in your browser, on your device. Nothing is uploaded on its own. You choose to save a copy to your device, to send the recordings to our studio, or both.
When you send them, the recordings and your email address travel encrypted and are stored encrypted. We email you an MP3 copy right away, yours to keep anywhere, with six words that let a Grand Voice OS device claim the recordings later. We hold the recordings for twelve months and then delete them, or sooner if you ask at the address below. We use them for one thing, building your voice for Grand Voice OS, and never to build any other voice, never to train any model, and never to sell or share. The session is guided by CORA, an AI, and she says so in her first sentence; a person on our team reads the feedback you type.
