Pay with HSA or FSA dollars

Your voice may already be covered.

Grand Voice OS is a personal voice companion system. For many families that makes it a qualified medical expense you can pay for with pre-tax HSA or FSA dollars, the kit and the care plan both.

Three honest steps

  1. Ask your clinician for a Letter of Medical Necessity. A short letter from a doctor or speech-language pathologist stating the diagnosis, why a speech device is needed, and for how long. Providers write these every week. Email us and we send a one-page outline your clinician can adapt on their own letterhead.
  2. Check with your plan administrator. HSA and FSA funds cover expenses that treat or mitigate a diagnosed medical condition (the IRS Publication 502 framework), and communication devices for people who cannot use their voice sit in that world. Your administrator has the final word; a five-minute call settles it before you spend anything.
  3. Pay with your HSA or FSA card, keep the letter. Keep the letter and your receipt together. That is the whole file most plans ever ask for. We write receipts the way administrators like to read them.

Why this matters

Dedicated speech devices have historically cost families five figures. Grand Voice OS was built so the price never becomes the reason someone goes unheard. If your HSA or FSA can carry part of it, we help you use it.

Voice banking is free, before you buy anything, whether or not you ever do: bank a voice today.
