Support
Resources and answers for Grand Voice OS system owners and prospective users.
How do I request a Grand Voice OS system?
Submit an allocation request through the Priority Access form on our homepage. Due to the prepared nature of each system, allocations are reviewed in waves based on production capacity and user fit. Ready to apply? Use the link at the bottom of this page to get started.
What conditions does Grand Voice OS support?
Our platform supports seven communities: ALS, Parkinson's, TBI & Veterans, Stroke & Aphasia, Multiple Sclerosis, Cancer / Laryngeal, and the Golden Era community. Each condition has its own dedicated ribbon and support pathway.
Does Grand Voice OS require an internet connection?
Core voice synthesis, gaze tracking, and translation functions are designed to run locally on your device. An internet connection is only needed for initial setup, software updates, and optional cloud backup features.
What is included in the monthly subscription?
Your $127/month subscription covers ongoing support, system maintenance, software enhancements, guided onboarding, and planned device upgrades every two years so you are never left with aging hardware.
Does insurance cover Grand Voice OS?
Titanium Digital Holdings does not process insurance, Medicare, or Medicaid directly. Upon request, we provide a Compliance and Functional Capability Packet that you can submit to your private insurer or HSA/FSA provider for independent reimbursement consideration.
Can I use Grand Voice OS for emergency communication?
No. Grand Voice OS must not be used as a primary emergency communication method. Users and caregivers must maintain independent backup emergency communication methods such as a standard telephone landline, dedicated alarm, or cellular device.
How do I get support for my system?
System owners receive priority support via phone and email. Reach us at our contact page or call during business hours. We also provide an Owner's Handbook and quick-start guide with every system.
