What conditions does Grand Voice OS support?

Our platform supports nine communities: ALS, Parkinson's, Multiple Sclerosis, Stroke & Aphasia, TBI & Veterans, Cancer / Laryngeal, the Golden Era community, Autism, and Temporary Speech Loss. Each has its own page, linked from the homepage.

Does Grand Voice OS require an internet connection?

Core voice synthesis, gaze tracking, and translation functions are designed to run locally on your device. It is designed to keep working with no connection at all.

What is included in the monthly subscription?

Your $127/month care plan covers ongoing support, system maintenance, software enhancements, guided onboarding, and planned device upgrades every two years.

Does insurance cover Grand Voice OS?

We do not process insurance, Medicare, or Medicaid. Upon request, we provide a structured Compliance and Functional Capability Packet for users to submit to their private insurer or HSA/FSA provider for independent reimbursement consideration.

Can I use Grand Voice OS for emergency communication?

No. Grand Voice OS must not be used as a primary emergency communication method. Always maintain independent backup emergency communication.
