Terms of Service

Effective Date: May 27, 2026
Owned and Operated by: Titanium Digital Holdings LLC

1. Contractual Agreement

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the relationship between you (“User,” “Caregiver,” or “Authorized Representative”) and Titanium Digital Holdings LLC (“Company,” “we,” or “our”) regarding access to grandvoiceos.com, the priority access application system, and the utilization of any provided hardware, companion software, and support subscriptions. By submitting an application or deploying a system, you agree to these Terms.

2. Consumer Wellness and Technical Classification

Grand Voice OS is a personal voice companion system built around dignity, connection, and everyday communication. Grand Voice OS is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, mitigate, or prevent any specific disease, clinical pathology, or neurological condition, and is not a substitute for professional medical advice, clinical care, emergency services, or prescribed medical equipment. It operates strictly as a consumer-facing assistive technology platform.

3. Commercial Fees, Pricing, and System Upgrades

A. System Structure

Access to the Grand Voice OS platform requires a one-time upfront hardware and activation procurement fee alongside a required ongoing monthly maintenance subscription. Fees are displayed clearly at the time of purchase or allocation approval and may vary based on system configuration, funding pathway, support tier, and applicable promotional frameworks.

B. Subscription Value Loop

Your ongoing monthly maintenance fee offsets system maintenance, support infrastructure, software updates, guided onboarding support, and planned device lifecycle services.

C. Two-Year Hardware Lifecycle

Subject to an uninterrupted, active monthly subscription, the Company provides the user with a planned hardware system upgrade every two (2) consecutive years to ensure users are not left behind by aging hardware components. Subscription lapses or cancellations may suspend upgrade eligibility and system maintenance access until the subscription is restored.

4. Early Access Waves and Capacity Model

Due to the prepared nature of each Grand Voice OS system and our controlled onboarding process, early system allocations are limited and reviewed in waves based on production capacity, technical support readiness, and overall user fit. The Company reserves the right to manage allocation queues dynamically to preserve system delivery integrity.

5. Intellectual Property and System Integrity

Grand Voice OS, CORA, related software, interface designs, documentation, workflows, and system materials are owned by Titanium Digital Holdings LLC or its licensors and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and patent laws, including pending patent applications and issued patents. Users may not reverse engineer, copy, modify, resell, or attempt to extract proprietary software, models, workflows, or system assets except as expressly permitted in writing. Any unauthorized technological modification voids the product warranty, terminates the subscription agreement, and will be met with immediate legal enforcement to protect corporate assets.

6. Third-Party Equipment and Trademarks

The Grand Voice OS platform utilizes and integrates with configured third-party hardware components, which may include a supported JBL portable speaker, specialized lightweight monitors, and compatible mobile frameworks. Apple, iPhone, Samsung, JBL, and other third-party product names, logos, or marks are trademarks of their respective owners. Reference to these products does not imply sponsorship, endorsement, or direct affiliation unless expressly stated by the Company. Hardware models may shift dynamically based on availability and engineering lifecycle updates.

7. Emergency Use Limitations

Grand Voice OS must not be used as the sole or primary method for emergency communication. Users, authorized representatives, and caregivers are strictly required to maintain independent, backup emergency communication methods (such as standard telephone landlines, dedicated emergency alarms, or cellular devices) to ensure safety during an unexpected hardware depletion, system failure, or local emergency event.

8. Eligibility and Guardianship

Users under the age of 18 may only utilize Grand Voice OS under the direct supervision and with the explicit consent of a parent or legal guardian. All allocation requests, transactions, and user agreements for minors must be executed by a parent, legal guardian, caregiver, or legally authorized representative.

9. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

These Terms shall be interpreted and enforced strictly under the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any legal dispute, action, or claim arising out of this agreement shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Cook County or Kane County, Illinois.
