Kits are built in waves. A reservation puts you in the next one, and it is refundable in full until your first invoice is paid.

1. Reserve: $100

Refundable in full until your first invoice is paid. Credited toward the kit when you go ahead. Nothing else is ever taken at an event.

2. First half: $3,498.50

Invoiced when we confirm your reservation, with the $100 credited ($3,398.50 due). Your device is ordered and we begin setting it up for you.

3. About 30 days of setup

Your voice, your boards, your words, your access method. Voice banking is free and can start today, before anything ships.

4. Second half: $3,498.50

Due before the kit ships. Shipped insured by FedEx or UPS; in your hands by day 45 at the latest.

5. Care plan: $127 a month

Required with every kit. Starts 30 days after we verify you received and activated it; covers support, maintenance, updates, and a planned device upgrade every two years. Cancel any time.
